Editors Marc Langley & Michelle Czukar Celebrate National Canadian Film Day 150

On April 19th, to help promote and drive participation in National Canadian Film Day 150 in celebration of Canada’s 150th anniversary, Reel Canada, the nonprofit that hosts NCFD, is launching a Canada-wide campaign developed by Leo Burnett Toronto.

The campaign kicks off with two cinema spots that came together with the help of Canadian film industry icons. “The Woman Who Can’t Lie” was directed by Don McKellar and stars Sandra Oh. “The Man Who Was Always Late” was directed by Atom Egoyan and stars Vinay Virmani. The spots are edited by Marc Langley (“The Woman Who Can’t Lie”) and Michelle Czukar (“The Man Who Was Always Late”). This was a fun project, one that we’re proud to have played a part in.
